Although some maintenance issues were hard to overlook, the charm of this historical hotel shined through, especially its prime location near Central Park.

The location was near Fifth Avenue and close to Central Park. The staff provided attentive service during the stay. Housekeeping was professional and responsive whenever I needed assistance.
